How the homes are laid out.

Every home is 1,512 square feet on three stories, with three or four bedrooms. Each has a two-car garage, a large deck on the second floor above the garage pad, three full bathrooms, and a half bath. You also get zoned HVAC on every floor, unfinished attic storage, two under-stair closets, a gas fireplace, a gas stove, a refrigerator water line, a garbage disposal, and pre-run ethernet, security, and fire-detector lines.

Ground floor

The same plan in every home.

Two-car garage, coat closet, under-stair storage, and a bedroom with a closet and an ensuite full bath.

Two layouts. On Design B, the deck door is not drawn.

Design A. You enter the family room. The kitchen and formal dining room are at the rear, with access to the deck.
Design B. You enter an eat-in kitchen. The family room is at the rear, with a half bath at the rear left. Deck access is off the family room and is not shown on this drawing.

Third floor

A three-bedroom plan and a four-bedroom plan.

Three-bedroom plan. Laundry and linen closets are off the main landing. The primary bedroom is at the rear. Both bedrooms have a private ensuite full bath and a large walk-in closet.
Four-bedroom plan. Laundry and a closet are off the main landing. The primary bedroom is at the front, with a private ensuite bath and a walk-in closet. Two bedrooms at the rear have standard closets and share a bathroom off the hall.
